LED Light Bulb Pricing

Before we go into the list of pricing for very common LED bulb types, let's make sure we're looking at apples and apples versus existing lighting technology such as incandescent, fluorescent, and CFL's.  LED's are more expensive on a per bulb basis but that's misleading.  It's akin to comparing the Yugo versus a Lexus if the Yugo got 1 mile to the gallon, belched out mercury, and died after 6 months.  Yes, that sounds humerous but it's pretty spot on.  The LED lights last significantly longer (50K hours versus a generous 5K for fluorescent and 2K for incandescent).  You must look at multiple bulbs for the other two technologies in the same period of time.  Think of buying  Lumens of light generated per bulb for a truer comparison.  Furthermore, the LED's will consume much less energy thus saving you significantly on your power costs during that longer life.  The LED's also do not have the nasty by-product of mercury and phosphorus, both of which are incredibly toxic to humans, accumulating in land fills due to poor disposal, and require a HazMat removal to be in compliance with law.  Just a small side note...they're being phased out anyway.  So now that we set the record straight, let's look at the common lighting form factors for our LED bulbs based on a comparable watt replacement incandescent or fluorescent bulb. 

Most importantly, we're generally better priced than the other sources for LED lights with advantages they'll be working years to match such as our ability to replace just the driver and not the bulb itself at a considerable cost savings.  That alone make our LED bulbs better since the price of Lumens of light generated per bulb outperforms the other LED bulbs where the entire lamp must be replaced.  Combine this with an unlimited warranty (compared to the standard limited warranty based on an amount of hourly usage per day which is generally unrealistic) and we still beat their prices.   Meanwhile, we can support any size installation so it's the perfect storm of savings.  

The traditional payback for the initial LED bulb purchase usually occurs within the 1^st 12 months especially with government rebates and tax treatment but we’re not stopping there.  There are actually 3 different ways to pay for the transition.  You can either purchase the bulbs up front at the lowest possible cost or finance the purchase through our equipment leasing company.  You can also use an LOC (Letter of Credit) to draw down and pay back with the energy savings you’ll received.   The easiest approach is run your LED Light Quote   Now, on to the prices.
